The staff is polite and great. But ultimately the repairs were a pain in the ass.

Dissatisfied. Had to point out multiple issues in the repair, there was broken glass all over the vehicle, and there are imperfections in the paint. The saving grace is that the staff at Glenville is always positive polite and helpful… but the job should’ve been done right.

It was a week before I could drop the car off and then the repair took 16 days; the shop was always very clear about how long things would take, though.
