The fitment of the body panels as well as the finish of the paint was on point.

The customer service was first very disorganized, as I had to call my insurance adjuster to get a quote adjustment approved. When that should have been taken care of by the shop. Secondly, one of the women working at the front desk was very rude to my fiancé. Telling her that she didn’t know what she was talking about and that I was lying by saying they told me the car was ready after I was told by another worker there that it was all set for pickup. It was all in all a very unprofessional experience.

There was a lack of communication. The manager was nice but it was a terrible experience. I don't think they communicated well with my insurance company either.

There were already ding marks on the new sections, and my side mirror has scratches on it that wasn't there before. Also it took almost a month to complete. But it got done so I guess a 7 it is.
