When I came for the estimate, I questioned the need to replace both rear bumpers and asked that he show me, but he just pointed vaguely and said That line--Youll never get that out. I said I didn't see a line, but he didn't say anything. I said ok, but left with a bad feeling

Had a great experience at Gordon & Sandifer Auto Service! They did an excellent job on my 2021 Acura and it was done in a timely manner. They quoted me two to three days and in two days they called me and told me that my vehicle was ready. One of my coworkers ( who had seen the damage before repairs) came out to see my vehicle and he said, darn, they did an excellent job on your vehicle, you can’t even tell that there was any damage done at all. Professionalism, quality workmanship, and prompt service along with a friendly atmosphere is what every customer should want and that is exactly what I received at Gordon & Sandifer. Highly recommended!
