I recently had the unfortunate experience of being in a minor car accident. My insurance company provided a list of approved repair shops, and after researching reviews, Gotham City Auto Body stood out with the strongest reputation by far. Now that I have my Jeep back, it's easy to see why they're so highly recommended. Even though I dropped my vehicle off during a holiday week, they completed the repairs in about a week. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with regular text updates and provided accurate estimates for when my Jeep would be ready for pickup. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. My Jeep looks brand new again, and I couldn't be happier with the results. These guys are fantastic. I had bumper damage and did not have rental coverage with insurance. These guys were able to get my car turned over well ahead of schedule in less than a week, did a great job, left me with a clean car like new and even helped me get set up with a rental w pick up and dropoff on site. Above and beyond
