I appreciate everything your employees did to work with me to get the chip repaired on my van and repair the necessary damages from the unfortunate accident a young lady caused. I know your team was aware of the financial and health situation that family was facing, and I really appreciated the way they worked on the van, then checked with me to take a look at it to see how I felt about my options, which could potentially save me a few hundred dollars. (And it did) I didn’t know about any body shop in the area when this happened, so I just started calling around to find out who could get me an estimate as soon as possible. Your shop was one of the two. Every single employee I spoke with was very friendly, kind, and understanding about the situation I was in. Your employees did a phenomenal repair job on my van! Now I know exactly where to go if I need body work on a vehicle in the future. I will also be more than happy to recommend your team to anyone who needs a vehicle repaired in the future.
