The repair looks perfect, and was done even faster than expected. The car was incredibly clean inside and out, which we really appreciate. Though this was an insurance claim, and we paid only the deductible, we were surprised that the actual total cost came in much higher than estimated for such a simple repair. A fee of $800+ for "miscellaneous" would have also concerned us for a minor fix, but that's between you and the insurance company.

Great job! I loved how smooth the process was on everything! Getting scheduled asap, friendly staff (not sure the front desk ladys name but she was on the left towards the garage and Cody too!), they handled everything from talking with the other insurance, having enterprise ready, explaining the process and what to expect, the carwise updates plus phone calls, and finally how well they did to repair my car. I will recommend Graham Collision to my family and friends!

Could do a little more on interior cleaning other than running vacuum on floor boards. I’ve always had a thorough cleaning of the interior anywhere else
