The whole process exceeded any expectations I might have had, the staff was very friendly, the repair was timely, and I was informed what the status of the repair was every step of the way, I liked that they gave me a heads up as soon as the cost of the repair was going to be a little more, but I was most surprised when I got back into my car and it had been washed and detailed! (Felt bad though, didn't think they would spend any time IN my messy car, oops!)
