In one week the rust spot came through the paint in the fender- I know I signed a sheet that said it’s likely that the rust will come back, but I sure didn’t think it would be in one week. I do wish that I might’ve been given a suggestion or an option that while you were doing the insurance repair that if I paid out of my own pocket that this much more would pay to actually fix that. Anyway, the site you repaired looks great just overall it was not that great with the rest right back through it.

Customer service was good. I moved it to an eight from a tan just cause I think that if the rust were gonna continue to be an issue that maybe we could’ve worked a deal to get that fixed at my own cost while we were doing the other repair.
