I am so happy with the service and quality. The team there in Waukee are incredible and it takes a lot to surprise me; but the professionalism, customer service, communication, early completion, staying late for me to pick it up, and then feeling like I’m driving a clean new car home was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had.

This was the first time juggling a rental car and a vehicle repaired. The team at Graham helped with the arrangements for the rental pickup and drop off, the front desk ladies answered all my questions, and Gino kept me up to date on the repairs to my jeep. I hope I don’t need repairs in the future but if I do Graham Collision will be my first call!
