There was definitely a failure to communicate between Me and USAA,. Also the Body Shop and usaa auto insurance. I took my truck home it's sitting in the driveway. I am not driving it because it's not finished correctly. This year can't go away fast enough!

The people at Graham's are very polite and very nice. I just didn't understand what was going on with the added things that needed to be fixed. I thought that was all handled. When they started the work. I don't have the time to take it back or even deal with the insurance company right now.

The customer service was amazing. They called me less than 5 minutes after I got off the phone with my insurance company. They had me stop by at my convenience for an estimate. They got my vehicle in ASAP and even called me throughout the process to let me know they were on track and when to expect my vehicle back. To my surprise it was going to be done a day early. Which was awesome!
