I had called about the pin strip and then the pin stripe was done and now have a brand new side and an old side. Also when window goes up and down feels like it is catching on something

Notified on pick up that engine light was on in car. This is not how it was when dropped off. When codes were ran for why engine light was on, all codes present were due to work that was completed during this repair. Not an issue as its been resolved, however I did feel blamed in a sense that it was my fault or that I failed to disclose that info previously which neither are true.

I would be hesitant to recommend based on my one experience and the lack of quality checking the work before calling the customer to come pick it up.

Had to reject the car the first time because the repairs were not done correctly, trim lines are misaligned at the bumper. After leaving the car for another week I'm back to pick it up everything was as it should have been the first time.
