I was extremely nervous about the repair process when I got into my accident. The moment I walked into Graham’s I felt at ease! Honestly at home. Speaking to each employee was comforting, understanding, respectful and they answered all questions (and I had a lot). They even helped me get set up in rental with a ride! Throughout repair process I received emails weekly or updates when parts arrival. The pick up process was extremely easy too! This process was no pain at all, I felt and now still feel extremely taken care of. Customer service 10 out of 10! If I ever need service again I will be going back as well will recommend others!
