Communication on the last day for pickup was frustrating. I called 3 separate times for updates, also clarifying that I needed to coordinate my rental/pickup plans, each time they told me they would call me back with an update and I never received a single call back. One of those calls was at 410pm, they told me id get a call when the scan was done once they were sure it would be ready. I arrived at the location at around 450 and they said it was being washed. I never got a call, I never got any sort of communication which was frustrating to deal with all day. The front passenger seat also had all my trunk items carelessly thrown on there and was not cleaned at all. I will have to clean that myself which is a little annoying. Car drives great, I do appreciate the work was done. Id give 4/5, but the lack of communication when I have made it clear I would like some and need some was very frustrating to deal with.

Grand Central did a great job on repairing my bumper and I appreciated their quick communication. Plus, when I walked down to pick up my car, they gave lots of love to my elderly dog, so that was much appreciated! Thanks so much!

I would definitely take my car to Grand Central if I ever need body work again. Everyone was over the top helpful and wonderful to work with. When I picked up my car I almost didn’t recognize it because my 11year old car looked so great!! The only reason for 9 stars instead of 10 is because the communication could have been a bit better. I have to say however, if that is where they come up a little less than perfect isn’t that better than on the actual body work. I highly recommend Grand Central and will have them do any body work I may need in the future.
