The staff was very professional and courteous. Only one minor issue, the expected ETA via the online portal was not met; I called to confirm that it was ready for pickup and was informed that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I would have preferred that Grand Central had called in advance to let me know that it wouldn't be ready.
