Everything you said you'd do, you did. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. The finished work appears to be top notch. The other two body shops I went to for estimates didn't even send estimates to me after they said they would. You, on the other hand, didn't just send the estimate. But you helped me through the insurance maze and even the rental car process. I have nothing but good things to say about all of you, from the receptionist to the estimators, to the techs. Top shelf in every way.

The whole process - which can be tedious after an accident - from beginning to end was what I had hoped for and it was made so. I'm happy that State Farm has a relationship with Grand Central. I hope never to see you guys again, but if I do .... :)
