I was involved in an accident in my Camaro last year, the work they did was phenomenal, and left a lasting impression. I since bought another car that was in an accident and found that all repair shops are not made equal, I brought it to Grand Central Collision and they once again were able to make me whole. Nobody I’d rather work with for restoration repair needs

I was very pleased with the work performed and being updated throughout out the process. However, when I came in to pickup my vehicle I was informed that you only take debit cards or a check otherwise you charge a 3% service fee. I have to say I felt nickel and timed. Really, you didn’t make enough on the job? Why does every other business in town I deal with not do this? Is it really the last thing you want a satisfied customer to feel as they walk out your door? I went from feeling good about your business to feeling, really, all for 3%? Having grown up here in B’ham I make a point of supporting local businesses but I feel this policy is so petty and a slap to your customers.
