1. Turn around time was 2 days more except 2 weekends, which understandable. 2. Color mismatches for about %20. 3. Had bulged bumper and missed 2 clips underneath of the engine protector plastic.

Everyone working at Grand Central Collision was extremely pleasant to work with. Doodoo unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Grand Central Collision, the repair of my car took several extra days because of a manufacturing problem back east. Because I was without my car several extra days, Grand Central Collision was so kind to completely detail my car, wash it, and apply new wiper blades for me! It made my trip the next day so much more pleasant! I will definitely use Grand Central Collision again if I ever need to! Thanks!!
