The carwise portal is a nice idea but could be expanded. The communication could be tracked there and the repair details could be improved by showing the individual items. The repair itself is excellent and Grand Central Collision was communicative in regards to status updates via text and phone calls during the repair process.

The only sad thing about this experience was the inconsistency of updates and luckily I signed up for updates I wasn't given a call my car was done until 6 hours later. I've had my car serviced here prior and this experience felt very disconnected and not as personal.
