Back seat was reinstalled incorrectly and my husband and I had to wrestle it out to put both sets of wheels in their glides. Fortunately, it appears nothing was bent, as I frequently take the seats out to haul large items. The left passenger door now has a major catch in the open/close mechanism. This, you will be fixing.

Your team was very courteous and professional throughout the process. Kelly was upfront that there may be additional unforeseen costs. He communicated the slightly higher cost in advance so there were no surprises. Joy went above and beyond in helping me get my car back so I would have it in time for an appointment the next day. She stayed late and arranged for someone to help with finishing up the detailing. The overall process went quickly and my car looks great. I will definitely be recommending Grand Central Collision!

Grand Central Collision was able to schedule me in quickly for some paint repairs after someone scraped against the rear passenger side of my car in a parking lot - as I was opening the driver's side door. They worked quickly (dropped the car off Thursday morning, picked it up Friday afternoon). There's no sign that the car was ever damaged.

I have always had a good experience with Grand Central collision I have had three cars repaired here from almost a total disaster to just some minor fender benders this particular repair was for my 2013 Town and country I had hit a deer and they had replaced some parts and repainted the front end and it looks great

The out side of the vehicle where the damage was done looked very nice.

Grand Central Collision did a great job on letting me know the update as my vehicle progressed thru the repair process. I would have given them a 10 but they left a lot of dust in car on top of all of the back seats and my Grandsons car seat was covered in dust. It looked like the back of the car was left open and all of the dust from the project landed there. They cleaned the front of the car but missed the back seats and the rear hatch back area.
