The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and highly proficient throughout the entire process. Their communication and follow-up were excellent — I was kept informed at every stage of the repair. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I would confidently recommend this shop to anyone needing quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Someone hit the side of my truck bed in a parking lot and did some pretty good damage to it. Took it to Toyota Collision and from the moment I walked in there door, I knew they were the ones to do the job. Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. They let me know what they were doing, what stage in the process my truck was at. Was upfront about costs and dealt with the insurance company as needed. When I picked the truck up, it looked great! I hope i never have to need them again, but if I do I will use them and highly recommend Toyota Collision.

Every time I look at my car now I smile. They did an excellent job matching the color to the original. I know it's not 100% exact because it's a new paint job where as the rest is over 6 years old. But I am just so happy that it's the blue, cooler, undertone instead of the yellow that Caliber Collision had done with the previous bumper and the 2 side fenders. I am definitely going to save and have Toyota of Greenville Collision repaint those 2 side fenders one day so that my whole vehicle makes me happy to look at. And I will definitly be coming to Toyota of Greenville Collision for any other body shop repairs I may need from now on. Seriously, the paint job alone genuinely puts a smile on my face now. You have no idea. Thank you.

They were the kindest and were willing to answer any questions I had. They were even kind to listen to me ramble on about my previous experiences with other body shops and even just in general. But it's a part of Toyota of Greenville, so I expect nothing less. I've always been treated well by everyone there and the collision center was no different.

The work itself was great. I was disappointed it took 21 days of holding my car when they could have ordered the parts and had my car less time. The car was totally drivable. Wish they would change their policy on this. Travelers has been great and Enterprise was great
