Everyone there was fabulous. You cannot even tell that the FJ was hit. The workmanship was top shelf. They worked well with the Insurance Company and the Rental Car Company. It was hassle free.

Toyota of Greenville in my honest opinion deserves their number 10 for the Best Dealership. You recieve quality customer service at the begin from The Body Shops Customer Service Center. They are well organized, professional, efficient in call backs and time lines. After the paint repair order was completed we felt like our car was new again.The blizzard white color shines and we are exceedingly happy. We look forward to doing business again in the future and recommend that others do as well.

With the work yes. But we were not informed someone hit our van in the parking lot until we showed up to check on the progress and found it was damaged and then were told someone hit it. Transparency before we showed up would have been great. Things happen that are out if our control but we should have been notified about it and that would prolong our repair and not us finding the damage and then being let know.

Why a 3? The quality was good. The downside is I got the tuna round multiple times where they were in the progress so we decided to show up 3 weeks in and come to find out someone had hit our car in the parking lot after they fixed it which they had not told us. It took us showing up for them to be honest about it. Things happen. However we should have been notified that this happened and would prolong our repair. The part was then back orders and took about 2 more weeks. They did cover the cost of the rental but omission of what happened and us uncovering that will make me Leary to trust them again.

We first met with Jeff Ponder and knew immediately we were going to be taken care of. He gave us the estimate for repairs. He’s very professional and right to the point. Michelle Garish was our go to person that kept us updated on the repairs. She is excellent in communicating and has a personal touch she was just as excited as we were when repairs were done. Body shop do an excellent job matching the paint (metallic gray) and body damage. We couldn’t be more pleased!! The receptionist at front desk welcomes you with her smile and upbeat personality. All three were very pleasant to work with. A first class team.
