I was contacted an hour before closing time on a Friday afternoon and informed that I could come for my car. Given the lateness of the notification, it would have been useful to tell me that Greenway Ford is open on Saturdays from 8-12 for pick-up only. The receptionist informed me of this when I arrived at the shop and then only after I asked about your hours of operation. This was inconvenient for me since I live 15 miles from Greenway Ford and the east Hwy 50 traffic on Friday afternoon was literally stop and go. It took me nearly 45 minutes to reach Greenway.
