The owner made sure to keep the lines of communication open even when certain parts delays, which were out of his control, extended the length of the repair. Final product looks great. You are treated as an individual throughout the process and the team at Greg’s Collision really cares about you and your vehicle. That’s hard to come by in this day and age and I appreciate them for the personal touch.

I would have given 10 but there is a spot on the right passenger mirror. I would be happy to do the survey again. I'm pretty sure I let Melissa see the spot on the mirror. The gold trim on my doors aren't there. Otherwise I'm completely satisfied.

What's hard is that the body work was great. However, when front staff doesn't communicate anything how do you recommend.

Body work was perfect. Communication with front staff I would rate a 2. I was told would take a week to fix my car. Dropped off Monday heard nothing all week. Called them 3 times on Friday to see if I should pick up car. No calls back. Finally on third call she said possibly Monday at 445pm that Friday. The following Monday came. No call. I called at 2 and left msg. Nothing. Called at 440pm and she said it was done since morning. She called left msg with someone! Who?! Not me. Said if I got there in 15 min I could still pick it up. So body work was great, but possibly should look at a new front desk person. She will hurt your business.
