Maureen Bender, our Customer Service, Collision Estimator, provided an excellent customer service experience, Texas style! From the inspection of my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, my baby, working with my insurer, to the time we dropped my vehicle for the repairs to begin, she kept me well informed of the progress. I would also be remiss if I did not mention the friendly smiles not only from Maureen, but also from the staff that greeted me as well! Everyone exudes the best Customer Service that exceeded my expectations! KUDOS!!!!!

As a foreigner, finding a body shop that you can put your trust in for good service and timely delivery is nerve racking so I would for sure recommend GP1 to friends and colleagues looking for someone to take care of them.

Based on the works carried out and the speed in which they were carried out I’m pretty satisfied. There are some scrapes to the film/tint on one of my door windows that I was planning to call in about when I return from work but otherwise perfect.
