Experience was great right from the moment I started interacting with them. Tyler was my point of contact. He is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with the inputs. he quickly understood the issues and provided accurate time to repair The car looked like new after the repair. Even though the dent was small their finish is actually better than the Rivian which I could not believe.

Richard is one of the nicest most professional people I have ever worked with. Always keeping me up to date on what was happening. Anytime I had questions he was there to answer them. I would recommend to work with Richard to anyone. He made a difficult and stressful situation the easiest he possibly could. I can’t say enough good things about Richard !

Only complaint being that the trunk latch from thr driver seat was not connected to the latch in the trunk so i had to unbolt the plastic covering to put the cable into the locking mechanism and put it back on.
