The initial inspection, quote and workmanship were great; thorough and to my satisfaction. Also car rental experience was convenient and excellent. However the following issues were unsatisfactory: 1. The initial quote was not not followed by an electronic copy via email, as promised. 2. The repair took longer than expected; > 1 week. 3. A service agent different from initial was assigned for actual service. This individual was not informed about the terms of agreement with my insurance agency Geico, payment/ check already received, and my deductible. 4. Finally, I was informed that the battery of my car key was running low. I accepted the offer for replacement. Unfortunately the new battery was not only different from the typical BMW battery but was also inserted upside down. Hence, my car failed to start, shut, lock later, and I had to take it to Baron BMW where a serviceman found and fixed the problem for me.

Quality work but quoted way way too much for minor repair not related to this MVA. He didn’t want to do it so he priced himself out of the market for the entire country but that’s ok.

Group 1 did a fantastic job of addressing two claims simultaneously on my daughter’s Jeep (a boo-boo a friend made, and a boo-boo my daughter made). Jackie (front desk) was super friendly and helpful. My two service reps, Rodney and Mark, were very informative, and I felt like I had a really good understanding of what the process would be. The repairs were flawless, and Group 1 handled all the insurance logistics. Last but not least, Group 1 handled all the rental car logistics as well; someone from Enterprise picked me up when I dropped off my daughter’s Jeep, and when I returned to collect the Jeep, I was able to leave the rental car at Group 1. Absolutely seamless. I will be using Group 1 for all my future repair needs!
