I expected the side mirror to be replaced in the area that was marred by the impact. It looks like they attempted to mitigate it, but clearly not how it was prior to the collision.

Initially, the front desk scheduled a appointment that could not be accomplished. They haven’t even ordered the parts. Vehicle was returned to me and the repair process began two weeks later.
