Customer Service from Drew was an easy 10, clear updates and plans were given and he kept in touch while repairs were being done. I can't say the same for the receptionist, she was not the least bit friendly. We asked what we should do when we got there and she basically pointed to the paperwork and said "fill that out" and went back to her cell phone. Not a good first impression of GP1, this happened on both visits to the facility. Do better!
