Marisol was great and kept me informed. But your company policy of not releasing the car until the insurance company pays is ridiculous. Not my insurance company so I don’t have any control over them.

I took my car in for repairs, and Marisol was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! She was helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She made everything so much easier and made sure I felt taken care of. The repair was done excellently, and I’m very happy with the results. Marisol provided great customer service and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend her and the team for their excellent work!

For both vehicle repairs we received a bunch of unsolicited calls for accident attorneys . . . We don’t appreciate Group 1 sharing (selling?) our contact information with other venders. If you can’t guarantee that you won’t do this again we will not use Group 1 again and we certainly will not recommend you to anyone.
