Repaired back fender area, trim, and sonar detector’s. Paint match’s beautifully. Paul updated me on the repairs and when I received back all the inside leather seats, dash looked brand new beautiful and clean. This was a 2019 RX 350 with just a little over 50,000 miles.. Love my car and the care given to it.

At the end, the fix was fine, but it was a struggle to get to that point...

Very poor customer service from Samuel. My fix estimate was 3-5 days, but it got pushed back to 10 days, due to multiple issues. First issue was the assigned painter not showing up. I understand this was beyond Samuel's control, but despite my calling him and him telling me he would call me back, I didn't get a call from him. He explained he was sick, so OK, understandable. The completion of my fix was pushed back by 3 days to Monday. But when I called around 2 PM, Samuel said the painter sent back my car because the repair on my roof was incomplete. I appreciate the painter paying attention and noticing this, and wanting to give me a perfect fix. But why didn't Samuel give me a heads up the whole day until I called to see when the pick up time was. It got delayed again to the next Wednesday evening, so we finally went to pick it up, only to find the fin cover not attached to the roof, and water (from the carwash) was spilling out of the fin cover. It was obvious the fix was incomplete by looking from the side, and the other guy who showed up because Samuel had gone home was able to clearly see it, and documented it. We went home without our car, wasting and hour of drive. Next morning, I called Samuel, and his attitude was really bad. He could care less about the situation, and could not wait to hang up the phone. At this point, I was irritated (can you blame me?) and I politely asked him how he could sign off the fix when it was very obvious it wasn't attached to the roof, and he just said he didn't notice. Not even a slight sign of sympathy or apology. He called back a several minutes later to tell me they had fixed the issue overnight, so the car was ready to be picked up. So we went to pick it up, and then he finally said sorry, but no other explanation and very little words other than that. Really strange behavior from him. I'm not sure if he is always like this, or he just happened to be going through something to affect his mood. I hope I won't have to use any more bodywork services, but if I have to, I'd probably go to another certified bodyshop.
