Got my car back earlier than expected. Would have been a 10 if the shops re-paint the scartch on the front bumper as well even though there is no big damage on the bumper

The work was very skillfully done and I am grateful to the mechanics and workmen who repaired my vehicle. My only issue was that it took a week longer than expected.

I received estimates of completion dates that turned out not to be in line with reality. My car wasn't ready to be released to me until one week after the originally scheduled completion date. The estimated completion date was extended three times, requiring me to extend my rental replacement car and pay for it each time. I didn't know until the last minute (because the manager apparently didn't know himself until the last minute) before each scheduled and rescheduled date that it wouldn't be ready. I realize that this is at least in part because my car is a current year model and the Restoration Center did not have the parts on hand and its employees did not have familiarity with the model, but the constant delays were problematic for me.
