The 7 rating was given due to Service Consultant's effort to remedy the issues, not for the work from shop (other damages to car in shop)

The repair area was fixed but got a 1" scratch on driver seat window, a part between phone and cup missing (service consultant ordered the replacement part) and a small paint chip (consultant tried to touch up). It gave an impression of a "disgruntled" technician worked on the car.

Marisol the service consultant tried her best to resolve the issues ..... missing part replaced. She offered to repair the 1" window scratch but need to bring car back for a day. i am thinking of it but hesitant that it may incur other damage to car given the carelessness seen

Everyone I encountered @ Group 1 Collision was courteous and professional, I got there a little earlier and was taken care of right away. My car was in pretty bad shape as I had been in a car accident on the 4th of July. The finished work on my car is so good that I can’t even tell I was in a car crash, to say the least I’m very happy with the end result! I took my 4Runner to have it repaired at group1 collision they did a very good job on my 4Runner body damage. They also provided a uber ride to a front my house which is a big plus. Thanks to group 1 for a outstanding job.
