Mateo Chaparro was a perfect service advisor, who greeted me warmly, assessed the damages of the antenna on my car and prepared an estimate for me to submit to my insurance company. The work was done to my satisfaction, timely and my car was detailed which made it nice and cleaned when I picked it up. I am so happy with the repair and paint job on my bumper on my Lexus GC 460 I also decided to get my hood painted while it was there and they did an amazing job. Samuel communicated with me every step of the way and he was kind, knowledgeable and considerate. I will work with him again in the future and bring in other cars!! My mom wants to bring in her car!
