Disappointed that I was not notified of loose wire on right hand side of bumper. I was told by neighbors that light was out. They could have contacted me to fix it but when I called they told me about loose wire and that was my problem.

Recommended by my insurance company and they were very friendly informative and the facility very impressive. They had my roof ripped off and on back on in the time that they said they were gonna do it. The paint part is good but should have painted the under hood part of the fender so when you opened the hood you couldn't see a different color . won't help if i sell. I was told that i needed a new control arm but i did not get one then when i picked up the truck it also had not been aligned so your guy set the steering wheel straight but did he do a complete alignment caster and camber or just straighten the steering wheel.idk so im left in the dark.also i had new headlight and bumper light installed but left out my led bulbs and you found them in the trash and gave them back which i appreciate. The new bumper light had water in it because the gasket was left off of the of the bulb holder . The trim on the grill was supposed to be painted but it was left black.so i feel like no one paid attention to detail it was like its an old truck get it out the door .and my last name is Rohrbach

I called one day and asked if I was getting an alignment she said yes because your control arm is bent but I did not receive a new control arm they are the old ones. When I picked up the truck the steering wheel was still crooked I returned to the store and told her and there was a guy at the counter who said he'll fix it right now did I get a complete alignment or did he just straighten the steering wheel I don't know but it is straight now. I had LED bulbs and my headlight they were thrown away with the old headlights but someone retrieve them out of the trash and gave them to me which I appreciate but they should have been put in the tech should have noticed. The bumper light had water in it it was new someone did not put the gasket back on the bulb holder so water leaked into the new light I had to fix it .piece of trim on the grill was supposed to be painted the same color as a truck it was not it was left black. I have a connector on the bumper for jumper cables that was put back on crooked and out of place no one paid attention to detail. I feel like the guy that sweeps the floor put my truck back together here's one for you let's get it out the door
