Too many updates for me--I would prefer one a day as I am getting a lot of email from home office also. Perhaps you could ask the customer how often they want an update??? Happy with everything else. Thanks

I thoroughly enjoyed that Geatney personnel, especially Patti Henatd kept me updated on the stratus of my car. Ms. Barbara Jewel was indeed a jewel. She was very professional in her dealing with me, ie. status of about how much it would cost for the car to be repaired, approximate cost, and of course my deduction. Overall, I am highly pleased and glad I chose Gwatney. PS: USAA has a good partnership in choosing you. It's too early for me, so back to sleep I go.
