They were extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point we were even called liars regarding the damage to our vehicle. gwatney refused to include it in the estimate when it happened during the accident. We were forced to take our vehicle elsewhere. Due to Gwatney also telling our insurance company we were lying, our insurance company had to inspect the vehicle to ensure we weren't. Luckily, he found that all the damage did occur during the accident as we stated it did.

Under the front bumper have a bent spot in TiVo asked them to check everything that had something to do with the women backing in to me they didnt do it I will be returning tom to see why it wasn't repair because it a new truck no bump or scars on it

We got the car the radio wouldn't work and noticed the rocker panel isn't lined up right. Have to bring it in again to be fixed. Then I found out that my side mirror is NOT heated. When we were given the paperwork before the repair it said non heated mirror. So we went back into the shop and we specifically told Jose that it was a heated mirror and needed to be replaced with a heated mirror. He reassured us it would be. But it is NOT. Now when we take it in to fix the rocker we have to see if my mirror will be fixed too.
