I am not pleased that I have to bring it back. On the other hand I thought it was better than driving to Memphis or the closest Tesla repair shop is. But maybe not.

I brought my Tesla in to be serviced by the certified Tesla technicians after hitting a large metal structure in the interstate. The driver front wheel rim and bumper was damaged, to my knowledge. I was on the I 430 River Bridge it quickly became dusk and then nightfall. The response time to my request for service was very quick and my car was towed to botany collision. I had several communications with an estimator and service began on my car. It was only two days past the estimated due date when it was ready, that was OK. I picked it up just over a week ago and immediately noticed a rhythmic humming noise coming from that front driver wheel area. Also when I picked it up, there is a very long large crack across my windshield. That wasn’t there before I had the wreck. I certainly didn’t notice a crack in the windshield in the dusk/dark on the River bridge when I was taking pictures of my wheel area. Gwatney collision never mentioned the crack which must have appeared there while my car sat in a parking lot for three days before it got moved to a service bay. We’re supposed to be coordinating with my insurance and reviewing photos that you took of my car to determine whether or not this is part of my claim. I didn’t hear anything back after three days I called to check on it what’s the deal, and was told we are still waiting to hear from insurance. Meanwhile I’m driving my car with the sound in that front driver wheel area like my tire is going to fall off. Obviously, and with everyone, it is inconvenient to have your car in the shop I have been without my car since about May 1. And the bad news is it still needs to be fixed. It was not correctly fixed the first time. So I wait to hear from you guys on whether or not you’re gonna be able to fix my windshield, and have no idea when I am going to be able to schedule my car back into your shop for the second timez

This was certainly a struggle with the accuracy of the quotes and repairs covered in the paperwor prior to starting the repairs. Had tons of attitude from Anneka when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. She is unprofessional, insensitive and gave me the "cold shoulder" when I came to pick up my vehicle. My deductible is $500.00, not $515.00 with a fee to use my debit/credit card for payment. Everyone pays with a card for 98% of there purchases. NOT CASH. Every other location i have used to care for my vehicles has never charged a service fee on top of my deductible. Never and all of the other dealerships I contacted do not as well. This may seem petty but when Aneeka sends emails she might want to check her grammar and spelling. Customers who are paying for your services should not be getting emails or other messages with spelling errors and issues with basic grammar. It's all about the little things and if Aneeka is unhappy in her role, she might want to consider moving on. Her name specifically has come up with other local dealerships and stand alone repair centers. Thanks and no reply is needed as im sure this will just be put aside .

Aneeka needs to back off the attitude with customers. Its all good when no issues arise but if there are problems with anything and she is involved in the conversations. She gets quite disrespectful.
