I noticed some discrepancies when I went to pick it up. They were very willing to fix them, but it should have been picked up on before I went to get my cat. It made for an extra trip that I should not have had to do.

The vehicle's interior was returned in better shape than it was dropped off. The service requested was for exterior body work. It was a great feeling to get in the car and see a clean interior. That was an extra special touch. When I recommend the shop to people, I'll advise them to call often for updates on the work.

There were no major issues with my service experience. The only thing that should be improved is the car repair status update. The car wise app did not update to show completion. I called in and was told the repairs were finished.
