The vehicle's interior was returned in better shape than it was dropped off. The service requested was for exterior body work. It was a great feeling to get in the car and see a clean interior. That was an extra special touch. When I recommend the shop to people, I'll advise them to call often for updates on the work.

There were no major issues with my service experience. The only thing that should be improved is the car repair status update. The car wise app did not update to show completion. I called in and was told the repairs were finished.

I was satisfied with the timing of repairs and the way my vehicle was detailed and cleaned. The only complaint I have is that I had to call both times to be updated. With that said the ladies in the office were super friendly and professional. I just think communication with the customer is key because your link to the progression of repairs didn’t update accordingly.
