I am unsure how to even begin, after having my car there for about three weeks I discovered that there is not only still a dent in my trunk, my crv has ants inside, and over 500 miles were placed on my vehicle while in your care. After calling for a week after my car was complete and your shop telling me insurance hadn't paid but your shop sent final supplement to wrong place I finally got my car back yesterday (Saturday) I had left your shop, returned my rental, stopped at Costco and discovered MAJOR issues and called the shop but they did not answer. I made a video and have the shops proof of mileage on intake. I'm not sure why my car was driven over 500 miles while in your possession! I'm very upset and cannot understand how this happened?
