The repair on this truck took entirely too long. The body shop has been working on this truck since March 6th. Received the truck back on April 30th Also, the truck was returned with an alignment issue

I picked Gwinnett Place Ford over the insurance company recommended place (Hendrick Collision Center). I picked you because I purchased the car from you and I also thought on a complicated vehicle like an EV it would be better off at a Ford facility. I have mixed feelings on my choice.

It took quit4e a long time and I am still waiting on a part. I also noticed that that hatch is leaking inside the vehicle. I am also hearing something inside the back hatch when I open it. I will bring it back when the other part comes in. I am not sure how long it will take to address these issues. Hopefully, only a couple of hours.

Didn't keep me updated on progress. I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready for pickup. I do not know the procedure on vehicle check-in. The appraiser who checked me in and received my vehicle Carol V. did not release my vehicle.
