Customer service kept me up to date, but there were a couple of times when they said my car was getting a certain service and then two days later is was getting the same one. Also, I asked if my car had gotten an oil change and they said they couldn’t do that there, then when I got my car I checked the invoice and they had charged me for the service.

The car looks perfect and staff was really nice keeping me updated along the way. I was very impressed because they returned my car not only fixed but also cleaned from the inside, vacuumed & washed! The staff was very helpful and friendly sending me away with peace of mind letting me know if anything messes up with the bumper they can fix it. Overall a great experience, glad to have my car back. Thank you!

A job well done, brought in my vehicle in and out in a reasonable time also you guys work with enterprise which helped out my my wife leaving the rental car in your body shop and having them pick it up with me being out of town working but she did say the car wash could have been better will recommend you guys for sure
