I called the center and was scheduled that same afternoon to talk to a representative. He informed me of the needed repairs and the time span for the repairs. I called Adriana later that week and she informed me of the progress. The following week my car was ready. Mr. Luna explained explained what had been done to the car.

The only thing is that the handle of the back door got mess up the way the front one messup when it was hit in the front bumper other than that everything a-ok Thanks for the fast service.

The paint was running and had to take it back the next week. Pick it up and their were some white dots on the door. They said that it was rubbbing compound. That we for me just to polish it was rag. That’s not my job and the white dots are still there.
