when I initially took my vehicle to get repaired I spoke with a girl in the collision dept I explained throughly what had happen to my vehicle and repairs where to be done underneath front right the car had a knocking noise tobto it falling on a ditch and based on the inspection nissan had done already the damage had to do with the right arm and suspension to name a few parts I also explained the bumper and grill had the damage before the accident she stated she would make sure to note everything i was explaining about the accident i then follow up in a few days I find out she no longer works there I them talk to another person (Mario) and I'm having to explain my self all over he seemed like he cared and assured me the inspection was going to happen to fix the issue underneath the vehicle I them follow up again in a few days turns out that person also doesn't work their im having to explain this situation for a 3rd time to Juan mentioned he had just stared there and said that the only repair they had done to my vehicle was just the bumper and grill that were irrelevant to the real issue my car still had Hacienda for provided the worst service my vehicle was not fixed it was the same issue I took it in for I had to pay a deductible of $1000 for nothing, seems like thr employees tell the customers what they want to hear to get them off their back. I did call back my insurance today and let them know my car was not fixed and I'm taking it else where. I would never recommend to anyone getting anything repaired or do business at Hacienda Ford.

Horrible service people get fired or quit and I had to explain myself so many times about the situation of my car at the end the fixed an issue that was irrelevant to the mechanical work my car needed

We chose hacienda because they did an awesome job on my cousin's mustang which had much more damage. Can definitely not see any damage on her mustang. Our vehicle hand bumper damage and we can't tell that it was ever damaged. Had minor paint issue and alignment issue. Also had to return twice to have one of the bumper sensors reattached. Overall final repair quality is excellent. Car is only 6 months old and the repair looks great

Too many delays communicating with other dealership for final simple job that took only 2 hours but kept my vehicle waiting for a week and I ended up just paying myself to get it released and still waiting for my refund check
