They are very friendly, professional always with a smile. Alexis was constantly communicating and updating us on status of our vehicle either thru text or calls. That eased our stress level & worries that come along with the collision repairs while we were on a medical journey that took us out of town while all that, was going on. Alexis went the extra mile & made the rental worries smooth & painless. The last thing we needed was to worry about the repairs, rental deadline or having to go drop it off after a long hard trip.
