Excellent treatment by the Body Shop in setting up a warrant repair. Loaner vehicle was ready to go when arriving after parts had been delivered and work was completed by the promised time.Body shop even took care of coordinating with Service to have a repair made under Ford Extended Service Agreement. Terrific level of Customer Care. That’s why we have bought our last three three vehicles at Hagerstown Ford from Mike Reid and why we still use Hagerstown Ford after having moved to Pennsylvania!
