My step in tail gate was not going the whole way down from the factory on one side. so I asked Hagerstown body shop if they would take care of it while it was in for paint. When I picked truck up and looked at it every looked good . I opened tail gate the other day and their repair was not a realigning , they bent the side of the step to make it go down. Now there is a big gap in the middle where it does not fit properly due to the fact they bent it. Not real pleased

The communication was awful. The only updates I got the entire 18 days my car was there was when I called except for the very first day I dropped it off, prior to turning this into my insurance. Was told it was done on Thursday, 4/16 to get there and having an issue. Finally picked it up on Friday, 4/17. Then there was a brake fluid leak Monday, 4/20. I did the night drop with a long note of what was going on and that you just had it for 18 days. No one ever called me. Again the only updates I got was when I called. Basic customer service should have been a phone call as soon as they got my key out of the night drop to say they saw my note and will look at my car. It seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and everyone there wants to blame someone else.
