I wish they had washed my vehicle it would have been nice! But overall it was a good experience staff was nice and helpful! But I can't say the same for the Service Department, they were terrible! I still haven't gotten a return call. I wanted to get a double service done, Shop/ Service repair but the Service dept never got back with me. So now I have to still get the service work done. Thank you Body shop for your services!

The paint and bodywork appears to have been properly repaired. The car was returned the first time without having some mechanical damage fully completed. My interior was left with grease stains that have degraded the cars appearance and value.

I would recommend the location, but I will also advise anyone picking up from here to spend a lot of time around the vehicle when they pick it up to make sure things are finished. It was pouring rain when I picked up and didn't see the issues until the next day when I had a chance to go over the entire vehicle.

Many fasteners/clips were broken or are no longer engaging when the panels are placed back (the access panel at the tailgate on the left side is the worst). The frunk area panels were not connected properly and were sitting loose in the frunk along with a gasket in the frunk laying completely disconnected. Plastic trim in the frunk is also broken in multiple places. The frunk area also now makes a distinct and loud humming noise around 65-70 MPH. The actual repair performed look great, the 'last minute' work of reassembly, however was not completed properly in my opinion, and leaving panels completely loose is unacceptable.
