The lock on my tailgate does not match my key and there a lot of trash in the bed. I had to return my rental because you told State Farm it was finished but you still have it.

Absolutely, no doubt - Haines is the place to go and I will say that to anyone looking for a reliable auto body shop.

Customer Service was perfect. They checked damages on both cars (cleaned up a scrap on one of them - thanks!), gave us clear estimates. At job completion, there were no surprises in total cost.
