Leaving a 5 just cause I’m right down the middle with it. The repair is great obviously happy to have the car back. Took a while I’m assuming because of parts. My biggest issue is it was a glass repair and when we got the car back there was still broken glass in the car. Not sure why that wasn’t removed when the repair was happening. So now we have to figure out how to get this broken glass out the roof. Appreciate the work just a little annoyed.

The final results were great. The estimate process & quality of the the repair were also great. A few bumps in the road with the scheduling, as well as communication issue with the insurance company due to misspelling of my name, but technicians were able to work around after error was identified.
